Carlos Davidson is a PhD student in the Graduate Group in Ecology at the University of California, Davis, where he studies amphibian decline. He is the author of the audio field guides Frog and Toad Calls of the Pacific Coast and forthcoming Frog and Toad Calls of the Rocky Mountains and Southwest. He received bachelors and masters degrees in economics from U.C. Berkeley.
